Navigating PostUp
When you first log into PostUp you will start on the Home tab. PostUp is a tab-based navigation platform. Simply click on the appropriate tab to jump to the page. The tabs you have available will vary based on your user permissions, but the full list of tabs is as follows:
Home
The Home tab is the first page displayed when you login, or move between sites. Here you will have a button to login to the Client Support Site, and you will also see feature and functionality announcements as new features are released.
Server
The Server tab is where you will find status information for your site. You will be able to see any mailings that are actively sending, any mailings that are scheduled, as well as any imports that are currently loading.
News Alerts
Breaking News Alerts are a specific type of mailing that has a two step setup process: creating a template, and sending an alert. The News Alerts tab is where you can select a template to create and send a new alert.
Send
The Send tab is the main area of PostUp for creating and deploying your mailings. Here you will first see a list of your campaigns, or folders, that hold your mailings. At the bottom of the page you will see mailings organized by the different functionality options.
Lists
The Lists tab houses both your recipient lists as well as saved segments. You will be able to view, manage, and create new lists, suppression lists, or segments. You can also group segments into sets to be used for dynamic content within your mailings.
Reports
The Reports tab is where you find the data for your mailings after they send. A variety of options are available, including the main reports tracking statistics by mailing, default reports that can be set up to be emailed to you automatically, and the ability to create custom reports.
Recipients
The Recipients tab is a search page, allowing you to search and find a specific recipient. You can use this page to view or manually update their demographic information or list subscriptions, along with other management options.
Import
Using the Import tab gives you an easy way to load files of your recipient data. There are several importing types available, differing in the action the import will have on the recipients included. A history of previous imports is listed as well.
Export
From the Export tab you can either start a new, one-time copy of data, or create a saved export. For either type of export you will have the ability to choose what type of recipients and which specific fields should be included in the file.
Settings
The Settings tab is mainly used by PostUp admins to create new user accounts or adjust site settings. For users that are not administrators, this tab also provides access at any time to the Content Management System to either access or add new assets that can be used in your mailings.
